Hiking holidays in der Laces-Martello holiday region
Due to its inner-alpine location there are only about 500 mm of precipitation per year in Laces. The dry climate and the varied landscape around Laces and Val Martello at the entrance to the Stelvio National Park are ideal conditions for hiking holidays. Gentle walks through orchards or along irrigation channels in the valley floor, hikes across alpine meadows and mountain and glacier tours – there are countless possibilities to explore the marvellous natural landscape.
Two lift facilities, the San Martino in Monte cable car (1740m) and the Malga di Tarres chair lift (1940 m), take you to high altitudes in just a few minutes.
